TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) GENERAL:

    a) By placing an order with Indicraft the buyer acknowledge that the buyer agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.

​

    b) Indicraft has all the rights to update, change and replace any part of the terms and conditions at any point of time.

 

    c) All Orders are final.

 

    d) All orders, once paid are non refundable in cash.

 

    e) Please read product description very carefully before placing an order.

 

    f) We reserve the right to refuse service to any particular person for any valid reason at any time.

 

2) PROCESSING:

 

  a) Processing time does not include shipping time.

​

  b) Sola flowers are finely crafted handmade flowers. Size will differ a little bit.No flowers are exact the same.

 

   c) Many flowers in the website are made to order. Please check the availability carefully before placing an order.

 

   d) Dyed flowers are dyed in accordance with a specific order. Please note all the flowers are dyed in natural sunlight, so it takes longer 

        time depending on the seasonal impact. As a result processing time will also be longer.

 

    e) During large sale/busy season/festive season production time may exceed the standard time of production.

 

 3) SHIPPING:

 

    a) Ready to be dispatched items will be shipped within 5-7 working days. Please note this does not include shipping time.

 

     b) Made-to-order will be dispatched within 10-15 days depending upon order volume and design of the flower (shipping time not

          included).

 

     c) Tracking Number will be shared with you once the order is shipped.

 

     d) Once the tracking order is shared, we request you to enquire about any delivery issue to the delivery partner .We will try to help

          with the issue from our end as well.

 

      e) Please share your full name and full address including street name,building name(if applicable) and pincode/zip.If,due to wrong

           address ,the parcel is returned to us we will charge full current shipping charge from the customer before the order is re-shipped.

 

      f) Please check your order confirmation e-mail immediately after receiving it and if any change is needed in address please inform us

          ASAP. We will make the necessary changes if the order is still in processing status.

 

      g) In some countries some interior parts are considered "REMOTE" by the courier companies. In those places a remote charge will

           be applicable.

 

      h) Any kind of import duty of the buyer's country will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

       i) Shipping price will be updated in compliance with the courier charge, which is updated on a regular basis from the courier

           company..

 

 

4) RETURN/EXCHANGE:

 

        a) Exchanges will not be given after 5 days of receiving the product. Damaged product/wrong product pic is MANDATORY to

             get exchange.

 

        b) Indicraft is not responsible for any kind of damage occurred during shipping.

 

        c) Please remember, these flowers are made of world's softest wood and that's why we take extra care while packing. But sometimes

             during the shipping process some minor damage might occur and those minor damage will not be eligible for exchange or gift

             cards/coupon. Whether the flowers will be replaced or not will be the sole discretion of the seller.

 

5) COUPONS / GIFT CARDS/DISCOUNTS:

​

        a) Coupons/Gift Cards/Discounts will only be applicable on regular items,not already discounted items.
